- Built an admin portal in Streamlit for corpus management (add/delete) and configurable system prompts and LLM model selection.
- Architected the employee-facing app with a MERN frontend and FastAPI backend for real-time, context-aware responses.
- Implemented a LangChain agent that queried internal APIs for employee-specific data (e.g. leave balances, roles).
- Combined API data with the RAG pipeline so the agent could answer personalized questions (e.g. vacation days remaining).
- Researched knowledge graphs in RAG; prototyped Graph RAG with Neo4j for Yes/No policy questions (~93% accuracy, ~2.84 s average response time).
